Hello Everyone!
The Seed Lake Association exists to help homeowners enjoy their lake experience. The 240-acre lake has 133 lots and just over 100 homes. There are approximately 20 to 25 full time lake residents, and the remainder enjoy the lake on weekends throughout the year.
We focus on helping to ensure that we have a safe and usable lake for everyone to enjoy. This is accomplished through working with Georgia Power on issues from lake drawdowns, fallen trees, aquatic weeds and other issues and concerns of our residents. We also support our local fire department and law enforcement community that help our residents on a regular basis.
We look forward to seeing you at Seed Lake!
Seed Lake Association
The Association is a volunteer group dedicated to keeping our homeowners informed about important issues affecting our lake community.
Along with Georgia Power we maintain responsibility for the fallen trees and general clean up. The Department of Natural resources and the Fire Department are other services where we are in close contact regarding safety issues for our residents.
The Association also plays an active part in event planning for our residents. We hold an Annual HOA Meeting and Picnic and hold a Fourth of July Boat Parade and contest for best decorated boat and boat house. Fireworks follow on the lake that evening.
Float and dock parties are planned throughout the season and a festive Holiday Dinner Party.
A directory is published for use by our association members.
We hope you will become a member of our Association!
